Competitor prep engulfs pre season, on season, post season, pre contest cycles and will apply toward your contest year which could be 1 show or 5 shows and for some athletes more than one category.
The key is to fill your gaps, find those weak spots we all have, although we all differ in, and polish them to become a well rounded competitor who can enjoy the process as well as the end result.
